Hi! I’m Elise Rowan—mom of two kids, lover of icebreakers, people connector, and extrovert to-the-max. I’m an Ohio native and Washington, DC lifer. Driven by a core belief that we owe it to the next generation to build something better, I’m passionate about helping people tap into their power to create change. I’ve been at it for nearly two decades—from recruiting people to advocate for the needs of vulnerable children and families to bringing people together to call for a world without nuclear weapons. Even in this season of life—with small kiddos, insane schedules, and Disney+ blaring in the background—we can drive transformative change when we put our values into action and teach our kids how to show up and help. Together, we can raise changemakers and build a better future for all.
